I'd like to be able to administer my D-Link router wirelessly via my iPAQ. However, the router's web interface requires a popup screen to log on which Pocket IE does not display.

Does anyone know of a way to get around this problem?

Thanks,
Adrian.

I thought is you used Thunderhawk or one of the other browsers they did support popup screens?

Generally, you can enter the username and password as part of the URL. For example, if you type http://admin:[email protected], it will pass "admin" and "password" to the browser as the username and password, respectively.

As an aside, when I connect to my router, a D-Link DI-604, I do get a login prompt...

Dave,

Thanks for the info. It turns out that once I upgraded the firmware on the my D-Link (704P) I now get a login prompt in PIE.

Thanks,
Adrian. :D
