Help!!! Phone Decisions

I have an ipaq 2215.
Can't decide-
convergent card
nokia 6800 phone for email
nokia 3650 for bluetooth with 2215
nokia 3300 phone for email

How would I sync the email on the 6800 or 3300 with my ipaq if I chose this route?

Cingular goes GSM in my area tomorrow and I need to decide. Please tell me your experience with any of these..

I see that the ericsson t616 is another bluetooth option I have.
