Sprint PCS w/ Gomadic Cable Help

Can someone tell me the program used to continunally "ping" the Vision site while my Axim is connected to my cellular phone via the Gomadic cable.

Someone one time gave me the name and link to a program that would keep pinging the Vision site so that it would not keep disconnecting and then reconnecting.

I haven't seen the site or tool you are looking for but what would the big need be to remain 'connected' all the time. Using the Gomadic cable with my LG5350 phone it seamlessly connects to send data and disconnects when there is no data being sent. It doesn't interupt my browsing or e-mail tasks so I guess I'm missing the point on why you would 'need' a way for it to be continuously connected.

Also, just guessing, but wouldn't it be easier for Sprint to find your internet usage on the 'high side' and try to charge you for it or block you altogether?
