You will find the complete <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/guide_ppc/htm/_ppc_pocket_pc_api_reference_igwh.asp">Pocket PC 2003 API Reference on MSDN</a> along with the technical article <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnppc2k3/html/winmob03.asp?frame=true">What's New for Developers in Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PC</a> on the MSDN site. This is a definate improvement over the Pocket PC 2000 and Pocket PC 2002 SDKs where you only had technical articles, but not the complete API Reference. If you are not a developer, you will still find the User Interface Guidelines very interesting to read through. You'll increase your geek factor when you can say: "This is / is not as described in the User Interface Guidelines...", in a Pocket PC discussion! 8)
