I am having problems with billing on an order from them and all they have is e-mail and a fax number. Whomever their e-mail goes to is not being helpful or very responsive. The co's president posted here a while back and I tried PM'ing him through this board, but he has not read the message yet. I don't want to disparage their service until I exhaust all other means of working this out, but I will say their products kick but. I got the Krussel case for my Axim and the 3 piece charger and they both rock.
