Is there a program with a really nice GUI that allows you to take notes and then scroll between pages? Basically I am looking for the built-in notepad with horizontal page expansion (like a book)?

HPC Notes is about the best note-taking app I've seen.

I am using Derago dNotes - I prefer it over HPC notes, but it hasn't been updated for a while - author says though they have not discontinued the product.
