Software for launch icons on Today screen

What software is it that lets you add the little launch icons to the Today screen for PPC 2002? Are there more than one? Any of them free? Sorry, I'm all about the free. So broke right now.

It's great (and free). The main feature that sets it apart is that it allows you to create multi-level shortcuts by creating folders on the main level.

Highly recommended.

Thanks all. I love tdLaunch. I've been taskPlus and calendar+ for a while and just added tdLaunch and SysMon. Great stuff.
