Targus Wireless Keyboard Problem

I just bought the Targus Wireless Keyboard (PA870) to use with my Tosh e755 (PPC2003) and when I try and enable I get an error that says something else is using the wireless port and to disable it. I go into settings and and deselect the 'receive all beams' checkbox and I still get the error. I went to targus' site and there is an updated driver, I install it only to receive the same error. I cannot find any other info on their site.

My e755 has only the bare neccessities loaded so far.

Cadenza is the only aftermarket piece of software I have loaded thus far. Any help is as always, appreciated.

Are you sure your device is supported? Windows Mobile 2003 is so new that many vendors don't have the correct drivers yet...

Well, I'm not 100% sure but I figured it said it was "Universal" and it did say it supported e755 (PPC2002) it didn't explicitly say that it didn't support PPC2003. I guess I just asssumed it did. You know what they say about 'assume' right?

I'm not looking forward to getting hassled at 'worst buy' to return this thing.
