Question, when observing the USB connector located at the bottom of the H2215, I noticed that the top corners (closest to the d-pad) are crimped in, forming what appears to be small triangles. Is this a normal, or have I mashed the handheld down too hard on the cradle? Please advise.

um - i haven't gotten mine yet (it's in the mail) but as long as it's not interfering with the plug, i would assume it's meant to look like that.

Is that what it looks like? This is a photo from Jason's review of the 2215 last week.

Yes, that's normal. I thought the same thing the first time I saw that, but knew I hadn't done anything to damage the unit. I had exchanged the unit for another one and it's the same way.

I just recieved mine today and they are the same way so i wouldnt worry
