Interestingly the qualifying dates on the UK form (for a free upgrade) are 9th May 2003 to 9th September 2003. Isn't that longer than the period in the States?

The US dates are May 23-Sept 23... Why they would be different - who knows?

I think the definition of a free upgrade is being stretched a bit when Europeans have to pay $26 to have the CD shipped from the US. Surely they could have been shipped from somewhere in Europe? Still at least they are being made available...

Hopefully the information on the upgrade for those outside the free upgrade period will be available soon...
