Charging Zune

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but how do you know when a Zune is done charging? Is it when the battery stops flashing in the bottom right or whenever the bar inside of the battery is completely filled (inside of flashing battery)? I just got my Zune and I want to charge it completely the first time.

The Zune is completely charged when the battery icon in the bottom right of the screen stops flashing and turns green.
