Palm Bluetooth Card in PPC?

I have a Palm SD Bluetooth Card. From references on the web I'm almost certain that this the same as the Toshiba Bluetooth card, just rebranded for the Palm. When I use it in a Palm I have to load the drivers manually. i.e. there is no software automatically loaded from the card. I was wondering if anyone has tried to use this card in a PPC with SDIO, loading the Toshiba drivers for the Toshiba-branded Bluetooth card for it. I currently still have a Jornada so I can't find out myself, but it may encourage me to look for a PPC with SDIO ability as my next PPC. Any thoughts or experience?

What i recall hearing is that the card ID has been altered so that it will not load on a Toshiba PPC. I know that when this card was first released it was cheaper for the palm than the PPC. A few people tried ordering this in the hopes that they could get it working. I don't recal hearing anyone doing it.
