Daimaou writes in with an even more interesting design from the same manufacturer: a cardboard PC case in the shape of a robot.<br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/parekh/misc/20030619-Lupo-CartonRobotPC.jpg" /><br /><br />Great stuff!

Hillarious! If it came in a plastic red, I'd consider buying one.

What's with the cardboard? Last time I checked there was no national plastic shortage. Maybe the manufacturers are treehuggers and since plastics aren't biodegradable, might as well kill a few trees to make a PC case.

I would like one with an alien head painted Fire engine red if possible

I read somewhere that an individual built a PC in the shape of a female. That's either dedication or loneliness!

It's not a rumor.... The pics were posted here.

The effort it took was impressive, but that's it...

Yeah, I felt the same way. I :ppclove: computers and would like to one day see them everywhere (à la Bill Gates' mansion or Star Trek), but stuff like this tells me sone people have wayyyy too much time on their hands.
