Importing my Palm life into Outlook?

I have Palm Desktop and have my calendar, contacts and a few memos (I could re type those) that I want to move over to Outlook. Is there an easy way to export/import these? I kind of messed around with a "comma separated file" and it didn't look pretty.

Note Chapura's Pocket Mirror software is on the CD that came with your Palm- at least it was for my Palm IIIx.
