Need info

I was searching the net for something that would het me to connect to the internet wherever I am, like the park. Af ter searching a while, I found this http://www.sierrawireless.com/ProductsOrdering/300.asp .
I need more information on this. Do I have to pay them per month? Do I have to be in the united states?
I already know how much it costs.

SprintPCS offers something like this. Service runs $70-$80 a month for I believe unlimited access. Connects anywhere on the SprintPCS network. The sprint representative was telling me about this at work, but I didn't get many details.
