Error messages

Hi,

I am confused, I have created an application on eVB, and it shows an error message saying

error in winsock 10049 ERROR 10049 Address not available from local machine.

I dont know what it means, Is 10049 supposed to mean something, if so have can i go back to the code and track it down.

Hope someone can give me guideline.
