I actually found this site via Online Tonight, in a sort of backwards way - Online Tonight would interview Beth Goza from Microsoft, who would talk about their Club Pocket PC site, who linked to Jason Dunn's articles, which I think also linked to PPCT - and here I find myself.

I know. :-) I could post a new poll but I do not want to duplicate poll's and also upset the administrators.

I did not realize until after I posted the poll "as is" that there should have been more options like multiple sections. I tried editing the poll after intial posting but this only caused the poll to disappear and retain the posts only. Therefore the poll was reposted "as is". At least everyone is able to clarify their choices by adding a simple reply to the poll. Thanks for your input.

Practically every reason...

The people on the boards are extremely helpful and kind (a lot better than other forums); the admins are all supercool and post a ton of updates to the frontpage; the moderator Steve doesn't censor every post he doesn't like; the layout of the site is cool; there are plenty of reviews; there are giveaways; there are a lot of forum members.

Need I go on? :D

I agree, i do think there is a friendly atmosphere here. I have learned a lot coming to this site, also at pdabuzz... but more argueing over there.
I am thinking about buying a Toshiba 740 right now, but not sure. I dont want to spend a lot of money, and since the new 755 is coming out, I can get a price break:)

I think it is because of the cool blue color. If the admins change the color to anything but blue, I am outta here. he heh. kidding. To me, it is the nice atmosphere, and the nice folks that creates the atmosphere.

I like the atmosphere in the forums - this is the first place I have felt at home posting to the forums. I know it is moderated and I wont get flamed too badly :wink:

I also love the front page and the continual feed of news... I hate it when I am away for a few days and miss some news :(

For me the Forums are the main drawcard - there are some other good forums about but this seems to have the best range of discussions and not too much argument.
