Background for Dell's Home Program

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the background on the Home program? The bubbles are getting to me. :?:

I don't use the 'Home' screen. Although very similar to my menu page on CE2.11 which I used all the time, I now use the today screen with the Battery Bar setup.
