Theme Dream is a Today theme manager that greatly enhances the use of themes on Pocket PC. Among its features are thumbnail view (which lets you preview several themes at one time), the ability to choose certain times of the day at which different themes are active, the ability to create a custom folder for storing your themes, and full support for animated themes. Theme Dream also comes with 21 bonus themes and 10 bonus animated themes.<br /><br />A third-party theme organizer is one of the apps I consider "essential" to my Pocket PC. I have loads of themes on my HP 1910, and I'd be lost if I didn't have a way to easily preview and rotate them. The theme function that comes with the Pocket PC OS can be described as anemic, at best. Good thing that for this function, as for so many others, there are third-party developers to step in and fill the breach!

I tried the last version of this program and had nothing but problems with it. Locked up my device very frequently. I'll stick with Theme Master.

I actually use Theme Master. I haven't tried Theme Dream, but I like Theme Master a lot, even though it has fewer features. And the price can't be beat -- $6.95, last time I checked. There's even a free demo version that's pretty decent and will run indefinitely (I shelled out for the full version 'cause I liked the program and I wanted to have the Random function).

Heh, I did the same thing. Used the demo for quite some time and then I finally won a copy of it. ;)

I prefer Pocket Candy by Strickland Consulting. It's free and it enables me to create my own photo album slide show (just need to reduce the images by yourself, and rename them - not too difficult).

It also enables me to run the Matrix Screen saver.
