I've got my credit card out and ready to buy but then I see this...

COMPATIBLE HANDHELDS
PocketPC handhelds:
• Compaq iPaq
• Cassiopeia
• HP Jornada

Can anyone who owns this watch and a Dell Axim tell me that this watch will work with my X5? Should I chance it?

If it communicates by IR should it make a difference?

Don't think it's a typo. Clicked on buy and checked out. Though I didn't enter card info total came to 34.99.

Ah, if only my iPaq were water resistant to 30 meters. :(

Does anyone know what the limitation on data is here? How many appts or contacts can this thing really hold?

It's a version 1.0 item. Get over it. I'm sure the next model will be smaller, more powerful, with an alarm you can actually hear (see the geek.com review summary). >:|

Post some pics with it on your wrist, if you can :) Most reviews I've read say it's too large.

Things like this just depress me, since I have small wrists and I try to avoid looking dorky (which it would on my girly wrists). I don't think I'll ever get something functional enough like this that is small/sleek enough for me to want to wear it. :(

Kati, how about if they made it as a pocket watch. :)

No, then we'd have to discuss the inferiority of women's pockets.... ;)

so they had to use a dolly to bring the box up to my door!

this is the BIGGIST watch i've ever seen!!!!

its as big as my fist! i could strap my t-mo ppc phone to my wrist and it would about the same size!

i think the people at Fossil used vacuum tubes for this thing. i dont understand why it had to be so big. casio has watches that have far more functionality and are much smaller than this thing.

sadly i dont see any real usefulness for this watch. i carry my handheld with me all the time anyway and was just hoping that it would look more stylish than it does.

i kid you not -- this thing is as thick as my t-mo ppc.

anyone want to buy one cheap? retails for 149!
