As the title says, where would one buy a cable to connect a cell phone to my iPaq 3850? I'm thinking of going over to Sprint and would like to be able to connect to the net using their PCS Vision thru the cell phone.

Eventually I just wanna get a Pocket PC Phone Edition, but I'm waiting for the 2003 OS, PE devices with the PXA 255 @ 400MHz, and preferably an iPaq model! But if I could connect via my cell phone, that would hold me over until my dream machine arrives.......

Try SocketCom's DPC cards at www.socketcom.com. Not sure if you can buy them there or not but it will match your iPAQ up with your cell phone and give you a partnumber. Then you can probably buy it at Amazon, MobilePlanet, etc.

From what I've heard, the LG 5350 is the only Vision phone that will work with PDAs. The Gomadic (http://www.gomadic.com/) cable apparently works really well for this application. A search on our boards for "5350" will yields a number of threads details where people discuss this combo. :)

In the mean time checkout this combination:
