Anyone recognize the device in the middle (of the group of 3 mobile devices)?

Yes. It was the forerunner to the PD-600 (also known as the UR-There @migo) from Palmax. It was (I think) the PD-131(?) and had a camera you could get with it

Correct, PD-131 with a CF camera. I had a couple kicking around here somewhere... :mrgreen:

Yeah, but a year after everyone else does - I didn't get my first Xscale-based Pocket PC until February of this year. 8O
