I came across this transcript of a chat Q&A with some of the MS Mobile team. It's from a few weeks ago but still kind of interesting:

MS Chat (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/itcommunity/chats/trans/mobility/mob0422.asp)

Note that the response to at least 50% of the questions is "we are investigating that".

The best part is when one of the guys states "There are no bugs in PPC2002" and quickly adds "just kidding!"

Q: Are any changes goint to be made to the current "Smart Minimize" button to enable the user to close open apps?

A: We are constantly debating this issue.

NOOOOO!!!

I love how through the course of the interview, they went from "not knowing" about the alarms bug to saying "yes" they will fix it. :)

But if they do a quarter of the things they are "investigating" and "considering" it sounds like PPC2003 might be great... :D

A "few weeks ago"? It's dated April 23, so it hasn't even been three weeks (three is the minimum I consider a "few").

By the way, did you miss the home page announcement (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/index.php?topic_id=12252) of this on Thursday, May 8? As there are 17 replies in that discussion thread, I'd suggest continuing further discussion there.
