Does any one know of a case with belt clip that will allow me to carry my 3970 along with the expansion sleeve plus with the battery? All the ones i've seen are too small or ugly.

Try Krusell.

I have one for my Ipaq 3955 with CF expansion plus sleeve.

also has a swivel belt clip.
