end user update for toshiba!??!?!?

hi, i'm new to this forum, however, i've had my pocket pc for about a year. i had seen that the new pocket pc 2002 update was out, however, the microsoft website mentioned only something about how it'd be the manufacturer's problem. i called toshiba tech support and they said that they didn't have it, nor would they because the only software we'd get was on the cd. this pissed me off because i want the update. can someone w/ a toshiba e7-series please help me!

EUU3? It's been out for the e740 for a while. If you recently bought your device, then it's likely it was preinstalled with EUU3 and WMP8.5. However, the original poster has had their unit for around a year -- EUU3 definitely wasn't available that long ago.
