win 3.1 emulation?

hey all, i have a kick butt spanish translation program that's only ~5.5 megs. it was made in '93-'94 and translates pretty good.

I haven't been able to find a translation program for ppc so i was wondering if any win 3.1 emulators are available for the ipaq. FYI i had this program running on a 486dx2-50 back in the day.

Lol, I think you'd have better luck looking for a spanish translator. In the meantime, you can always download the free Spanish/English dictionary for MS Reader.
