I can provide content and art. I need help with the back end aspects. I need help developing forums. I would love to use a server with FrontPage 2003 server extensions to test my page before it goes live.

I host with Netfirms.com. I use their free package but even that supports front page extensions..

My servers at www.techxcess.com have front page extensions. My lowest priced plan is $6.99 which would be a good starter plan for you. I could also install phpBB2 for your forums.

Thanks guys, I was more looking for a private server just to test the page on. I have access to a host right here where I live for awesome rates. I am really needing help developing the site. This is the biggest request.
