Paragon (http://www.penreader.com/PocketPC/InterKey.html) has some products that do that, but not in Korean.

I thought Jimmy Software (http://www.jimmysoftware.com) had a product that allowed different keyboards, but I can't seem to find it on their Web site now. You might try contacting them.

I just found out about a product called TopKey (http://www.pdamill.com/products.shtml#topkey). It has keyboards for various languages (not Korean, though), but claims to allow you to define your own keyboard. Maybe that would work.

As for fonts, you can easily add fonts (at least, TrueType fonts) that are on your PC to your Pocket PC. Just copy the font to your Pocket PC's Windows folder. To make it easier to back them up, I created a Fonts folder in the Windows folder and put my fonts there, but that's not necessary.

In case you are still looking, go to Handango and search for "Effy-OpenEyes". The software lets you read/write Korean and other languages on your PocketPC.
