The GPS unit is picked up by the BT manager and presents itself on COM5 and COM8 (the standard defaults for GPS I gather)
Pocket Streets gleefully offers COM1,3,6 or 9 for GPS connection... :cry:
I have been looking around for the solution to this for a couple of days now and on HP's forum some guy (who sounded knowledgeable) claimed that MS have fixed those COM port options and there is no solution 8O
Please, somebody, prove them all wrong. This was my main reason to get all this kit :roll:
Or, equally useful, does anyone know of a way of re-mapping COM ports in Pocket PCs? Yes, I'm a complete newbie to PPCs :oops:
