Has anyone had problems returning their Axim? After waiting forever for the replacement to arrive, it gets here with no instructions on how to return it. Any ideas? Does anyone know a time table for penalties? We've been having pretty bad luck with USPS since the war started.

I've never had any problem with returning my Dell. when i had to return mine they told me just to take everything new out of the packages and put the old stuff in the packages and send it back.

You may need to call customer support and have them send you the shipping labels. They are supposed to send them out a few days after your package, but sometimes they get lost I think.

I got my replacement MONTHS ago and I'm still waiting for the shipping labels. I really should call them again one of these days but I really don't have time, and I don't care if it sits in a box in my car for 6 months.
