Ok so I put my 5455 into its cradle and it initiates a sync with my laptop via USB.
If I go to Active Sync on the Ipaq and click on STOP, then a min later click on SYNC (without removing it from cradle) I get an "Unable to connect error."
Why? I didn't remove it from the cradle ... the USB connection is still there. The only way I have seen to get it to re-Sync is to remove it from the cradle and put it back in again.
