Line issue with today screen

Has anyone of u guys encounter an occurence whereby your Today screen will appear to perform a sudden outta the ordinary refresh & the lines separating the items on your Toady screen will disappear?

I don't get the refresh, but I do occasionally lose one or two of the lines.

This is a known bug in the Pocket PC 2002 OS, where some of the individual plugin windows on the Today Screen will randomly shift downward by one pixel. There's not much you can do about it. Some plugin developers are aware of this, and their program will shift the window back up one pixel if they detect that it has been moved by the system (which will cause some screen flashing).

I find that TodaysInfo (http://www.louterrailloune.com/todaysinfo.html) will sometimes be "duplicated" by about 1mm (~4 pixels) towards the bottom.
