I am buying an ipaq 1910 with a 256mb scandisk. Do I need to get anything else to transfer large (100+ mb) files to the scan disk. I will be trying to watch movies on it and was wondering if I needed a scandisk card reader or something like that. Can anyone tell me how it works. Thanks.

Well, for one thing the brand is Sandisk, not Scandisk. ;) For large files, an external card reader/writer would be best:

That's one of my pet peeves, too (although the actual brand is SanDisk, not Sandisk :-)). ScanDisk is a DOS program for finding problems on a hard disk. SanDisk's name presumably comes from the fact that their cards are "sand" (silicon) disks.

Well, there is a good amount of info here (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9170)about creating the movies...

Once done, a USB card reader is used to transfer the files to your SanDisk SD card (much faster, less prone to xfer failure)...

Once done, watch and enjoy...

ok, I have been corrected - sanDisk. So it isn't absolutely necessary to have one, it is just convenient. My zip disk broke so I am going to get a usb flash drive and I know that cruzer makes one with SD but I wasn't sure I wanted to get it.
