Broke Your iPAQ HP 5400 Already?

If you happen to have cracked your LCD screen or touchscreen, they can now repair it.

Is there any word on the ability to upgrade the memory in the 5400 series iPAQ? I know they were working on something; but at last update, the solution was not cost effective for them or consumers...
