Screen replacement? 3800 to 3900

Hey all. I'm not too well versed in the lcd/ touch screen area specifically, but I was just wondering if there was a chance that you could possibly upgrade a 38XX ipaq's lcd screen to the better 39XX screen, again I don't know if this is possible, I'm just wondering if anyone has any comments on it or such, thanks, I think it would be pretty cool.

Yes, it would be cool, but I don't believe it's possible. The 3800s are bottomlit while the 3900s are backlit. So they are most likely wired differently and consume different amounts of power. Having previously owned a 3870 and now a 3975 I see why you would want to upgrade the screen.
