What is the best wireless compact flash card considering price AND performance?

Personally, I'm a huge fan of the Socket & Symbol cards, if only for the form factor. I've found other cards to be too big and bulky, but if you don't mind the bigger size, you can get a heck of a deal on many of the other cards...

I've been using the Symbol card and have been really happy as well. It's worth the extra $$.

I have the OLD high power (na ja, they didn't call it that but they do call the NEW one LOW POWER) symbol CF WLAN card and after the driver update that was just released am very, very happy with it!

Got any links to the Symbol card(s) you guys are talking about?

You'll find it here (http://www.socketcom.com/product/wlan.asp). An excellent card, but not the cheapest.

I just got a dell Trumobile 1180 card yesterday and had it up and running in two seconds. It's reasonably priced and after using it yesterday for awhile, it performs pretty well.

I don't know how well it'll work with a non-Dell PPC, but I'm pretty happy with it.

I'd have to second the Socket card. Just picked one up a few weeks ago and love it. Plus battery life is MUCH better than my Linksys card.

I have a Belkin Card in my Dell Axim. It is working fine.

I think I'm going to get the Socket WLAN card. But I've heard of some compatibility issues with some software. What is the most widely supported WiFi CF card?

I'll add another vote for the socket. I've had no trouble using it with any of my software and it and my Linksys router are very happy together. May be able to save a few dollars on the socket on ebay, I see good deals there once in a while.
