Here's what Jeff is looking for:

“More retail feedback! The Microsoft Mobile Devices retail marketing team is again looking for your feedback. When we last posted on this, it was pre-holiday season and many of you posted with some great feedback. While at that time a lot of plans were already underway, we were still able to incorporate many of your suggestions. During this past holiday, there were dedicated Pocket PC kiosks (with working devices) in many stores, trained demo reps and some great promotions. They’re looking for your feedback on what you liked, what you didn’t like, how you think it could have been done better and any other advice and feedback related to Pocket PCs at retail!”

I've locked this thread because I'd like to see people respond in the forum. Go to the forum and start a new post with your thoughts on a retail experience you've had. Microsoft is listening, so take advantage of this!
