PocketPrivacy Trial

Has anyone installed the trial version of this product? I did and it's supposed to prompt you to set a password the first time youy select the icon. For me it's acting as if I already have a password set (which I never did). I can't even unistall it as it requires a password to do so. I've contact support for PocketPrivacy but so far they have been useless. Has anyone else had a similar experience and know of a default PW they use or a way around?

This software sounds like exactly what I'm looking for but after getting burned on AutoPlus Gold (a piece oif crap, no trial offered) I don't buy anything unless I can test drive.
