I don't sync with more than one computer, but one of my bosses does.
I talked him into getting an iPAQ. He made this leap from a palm Vx
He was asking me why activesync won't let him sync his inbox because he is set up to sync with 2 computers.
I thought you could sync more than one inbox, but like I said I've never tried it.
Any ideas on what he's doing wrong?
I know that activesync stinks in a lot of ways, but I can't imagine that it won't let you sync with more than one outlook inbox, or at least one of them, when you are syncing with 2 computers.

ActiveSync does not support sychronization with more than 1 Inbox though you can synchronize with more than 1 PC.

I remember reading that somewhere. But, if you are syncing with more than one computer, can't you at least set it up to sync with one inbox?

You should be able to sync with one and exactly one mailbox. Once you've established the inbox sync with one system, then you can't change it.

For example, if you set up inbox sync with computer A and then decide you want to sync the inbox with computer B, you can't go back and reverse the setup without deleting both partnerships first.

Yet another reason why ActiveStink is the armpit of the PPC.
