I was setting up a new partnership. i was worried that something might wipe out my data so i did all the back up stuff then i also took the folder that is synced and moved a copy to my desktop. everything went fine so i went to delete the copied folder on the desktop. everything went to trash except one folder inside the parent folder. that folder was associated with data from handbase. it is now empty but will not move or be deleted. i get an error message that says - Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk. I've been to the microsoft knowledge base and typed in that error message and pieces of that message. the only thing i get back is something for an IT geek who is working on a remote machine. any ideas on how to get this thing nuked?
