Minimize gesture for Pocket Plus

I cannot find any information about what the gesture is that will minimize an application when using Pocket Plus.
Sometimes, I intend to hit the X and choose Minimize, but accidentally close the application I was in! (I know I could change the default for hitting the X, but I want to keep it as a default of Close...)

Could someone enlighten me as to what the gesture is?!

Tap and drag "away" from the X. I usually drag down, but I believe other directions (e.g., left or diagonal) work just fine.

Yep. Drag in any direction off the X.
