There's a notification error message that keep popping up "cannot execute\storecard\Audible,Inc.AubiblePlayer\AudiblePlayer.exe". I called Audible and they said I need to format the card to get rid of that error message. I've never formatted an SD card and not sure how to do it. Is this something you can do while in sync mode and through what conduit?

Flash Format (http://www.cnetx.com/format/) will do the trick. You can do it directly from your PPC.

Or, if you have a card reader hooked up to your PC, via USB or PCMCIA, you can use Windows to format it.

I like to use Storage Tools v1.4 (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=248ACFB9DEE7BDXBB5XD4D32XDE1BC71&productId=27291&optionId=1_2_2&productType=2&catalog=30&txtSearch=storage+tools&sectionId=0&platformId=2) from Softwinter (http://www.softwinter.com). Works right on your PPC and also does a great job of defragging :) the cards when they start to get slow. It was worth the price for me.
