I am about to buy a new pocket pc and will be giving my old ipaq to my wife.

I would like to know whether it is possible for us to share calendar
information using outlook. We will synchonise with one PC - two different
user accounts. We dont want to share all data - just selected calendar and
task entries. Whats the best way to do this ?

Yes you can do this.
Just have your wife create a partnership for her Pocket PC when logged into the desktop under her account and you do the same with your Pocket PC and your account.

Andy, that doesn't address the fact that Shaun wants to selectively share information. :)

I'm not sure it's so easy. In theory, one could open up two sets of PST files, one of which is shared between the two accounts, but I've never actually done that.

Janek - your right I do want to selectively share information. Is there no way of doing this ? What do you mean by opening up two sets of PST files ?

Sorry, I didn't realise you wanted to share the same data (not same types of data) even though you are using two different accounts. This sounds like a limitation of desktop Outlook although I have never tried it so can't comment with any certainty.
