How would I get started with developing for the Pocket pc 2002 o.s.
I know C++ and how would I learn. Any books or websites would be allot of help. And don't I need to download or buy eVC++ or something like that.

Start with www.pocketpcdn.com, there is some nice stuff there.

I learned from the Douglas Boling book about the general Windows CE OS and programming it, it does have some Pocket PC stuff, but is a good basics book.
