My new toy h5450 died.
Screen messed up once I plug my sync cable in, trying to hard reset but still dont know how.

THE BIG ISSUE IS HP WEBSITE.
DID ANYONE TRY TO FIND TECH SUPPORT INFO THERE?

Its as difficult as hell, if I am not that stupid.

Very angry when I am spending such premium and get a bad unit with bad tech support.

you have a really bad luck mate! if website doesn't work, have you try calling their 1-800 number?

Thanks for your prompt help, but check that carefully, it does not have a section for h5450... at least yet.

I am going to the store to exchange for a new one tonight... gosh...
