View Full Version : HELP! Multiple 'attention required' and no fix!

Hi I'm really hoping that you can give me a hand here:

I'm trying to set up my new e330 on my laptop and I'm receiving atention required notifications on my contacts, my tasks and my calendar PLUS, outlook will not sync my address book.

I've tried just about everything I can think of, including searching the outstore.log file to see what the problem is-can't figure it out.

Can anyone help me??

This is extreme, but assuming you have no data on your e330: try deleting the partnership in ActiveSync (on the desktop), hard-reset your device, and try reestablishing the partnership and sync'ing.

This might seem like a stupid answer, but make sure that Outlook is running when you try to sync.
