Classic Checkers, Diamond Mine, Rocket Elite, Snails, Word Search, Maze, Minesweeper, Yacht, CE Zebra, Tropical Nights (video poker), Memory Master, Snowed In. Plus Pocket Nester, CEGG, PocketVCS, among others.

That's just the ones I really do play often. :)

I'm really enjoying the emulators especially PocketNES (http://pocketnes.retrogames.com/), Pocket C64 (http://www.clickgamer.com/moreinfo.htm?pid=4), and Pocket VCS (http://pocketvcs.emuunlim.com/).

I also have Snails (http://www.snailsgame.com/) which I like to play against my son over WiFi (I gave him my old 3765 which you can see in my buddy icon to the left, BobaPAQ). And of course a bunch of freeware puzzle games like Puzzle of Pipes (http://www.scottandmichelle.net/scott/cestuff.html), Swapper (http://www.ballshooter.com/products/freeswap/index.shtml), and PocketPop (http://www.pocketfun.btinternet.co.uk/pocketpop/pocketpop.htm) to name a few.

Most freeware authors also have some games for sale. If you like their free games check out their for sale games also. It keeps the developers developing, if you know what I mean.

Just ask for any links you want... I have a lot, and I'm sure you're not interested in every single one of them, so it would be a waste of time for me to provide links for every game...

Age of Empires **** (just like on the PC, but a bit crippled without keyboard)
Cubicle Chaos *** (your typical blockshooting ball game)
DopeWars *** (text-based, but I've lost most interest in it now)
Emerald Hunt ** (use a bulldozer to hunt emeralds... not too much fun for me)
Peter's Gamebox *** (several simple, free games...fairly entertaining)
PocketPop *** (kinda fun bubble-popping game...)
qtris ** (just tetris)
queue *** (entertaining strategy type game)
snails ********* (the best game for the PPC - like Worms on the PC)
Snowed In **** (like Bejeweled, but with little snow thingies)
Super Bomberman **** (like Bomberman - quite fun)

And emulators are....
YAME (NES, GB)
CeGG (Game gear)

I have lots of games -- but when I play, I do so one at a time, then I move onto another one when I get bored, and probably move back to it sometimes later.

Right now I'm playing Ceballs and Elite (got it before they took it down).

Wow this thread just died a screeching halt (don't know if that makes sense)

I play Sc2k, Snails, Darxide, Lemonade, Irked 2. Those are the ones I am consistant with. There are others that I install, and unload according to my whim. I would play Elite more, if I could figure out how to use it.

Well, my current iPAQ H3630 is effectively crippled because I dropped it in heavy rain and plus I've had it for a year and a half.....no sound from headphone jack or speakers, a screen that is covered with dust, stylus no longer stays in its silo, terrible battery life, a crack on the left side of the screen, and plus the the joypad of the H3630s always sucked for gaming.

However, I used to play solitare, Big 2 (a Chinese card game), Othello/Reversi, Free Cell, Peter's Gamebox, Casket, and emulators. Mostly simple games that don't take too long to play. Perhaps I'll try some more exciting games when I get a new Pocket PC.

Games I play:

Age of Empires
DiamondMine
Pocket Quake
Rayman

I think Rayman is a very good game that people don't talk about much. IMHO the best for Pocket PC. AOE is also very impressive and DiamondMine almost all PPC users know about...

I would appreciate it. :)

Pocket Nester is definitely the way to go when you want to waste a little time with your PPC. The hardware on most iPAQs only recognizes one button press at a time though, so this can make it difficult to play anything besides RPGs. As a workaround I use my Stowaway keyboard and remap the keys [W-up-S-down-A-left-D-right;J-A button-K-B button].

You can also search the net for the Benq pad. It pretty much emulates the Gameboy's button layout, and is more comfortable to hold.

As to which games I play . . . . I've been fooling with AOE and Tomb Raider lately, but I usually stick with M$ Reversi and Hearts, and old NES classics. [I'm on level 70 or so on Galaga . . . . should I see someone about this? :| ]

Cubicle Chaos is the game that currently owns me. They made it available for free from Microsoft's Pocket PC download site, and I'm becoming seriously addicted to it.

Something about knocking over all those little cubicles just does it for me.

I broke down and bought Emperor's Mahjong from Hexacto, and that's been pretty much all I've been playing for the past week. It is a lot of fun.

Cubicle Chaos sounds like fun - I'll have to try it.

I got it from tucows.com in their PDA section.

Shanghai Majong (http://bounce.tucows.com/cgi-bin/bounce?id=search_v3&params=pos=3%3Bcpc_id=0;t=1048482185&url=http://pda.tucows.com/wince/preview/32170.html)

If the above link doesn't work, go to tucows.com, click on PDA software, and do a search on 'shanghai'

I've been playing Pocket Everquest 1&2 like crazy lately with a little bit of Hexacto's Baseball Addict thrown in to get ready for the baseball season.

I tried a demo of Argentum and liked it, kind of like a cross between StarCraft and Command & Conquer series but miniaturized for the PPC.
I'm debating on whether to buy it or not, I've seen alot of positive reviews but am concerned about its lasting power.

I usually kill a little time with Monopoly, PocketPop with an occasional round of Doom. When I am feeling a little nostalgic I'll play a little LEDHead, a faithful reproduction of many of the Mattel handheld LED games I played as a kid. Finally, there's my favorite emu CE/GG, which does a nice job of playing Game Gear games.
