Foreign language conveter

I am planning on traveling to europe during the summer and I was wondering if any one had any suggestions on a language dictionary or converter program for pocket PCs for all of the language or most of them in europe. I am looking for one program that does it all or several individual programs for each language.

IBM makes ViaVoice Translator (http://www-3.ibm.com/software/speech/ipaq/translator/index.shtml), which I have and works pretty well. It can translate between English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French. It costs $50.
