Subdirectory Hider?

Does anyone know of some software that allows you to "hide" subdirectories with password access? Not just from File Explorer view but from application access as well.

check filecrypto from f-secure. It works really well. It should answer your needs. If you have bought an ipaq 39xx or 54xx (not sure about 38xx series), the software is bundled with it.

It gives string encryption features etc...
