Friends, I just wanna know if the .NET CF is available on Pocket2002 platform...I´m confused because this page
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/device/availability.asp
suggest me that the CF is available only form Windows CE.NET operating system.
Is there a .NET CF to deploy on Pocket2002 ?
Thanks for any help.
:P

Yes, .NET CF can be deployed on Pocket PC 2002; you have to install it onto the device. The CF for Pocket PC 2002 isn't not officially released yet, though, it'll be part of the next Visual Studio .NET. Rumor has it that the latest beta of the next VS .NET has final shipping code for the CF.

There are versions of the .Net CF for .Net devices, PocketPC 2002, and PocketPC. All this comes with Visual Studio .Net 2003 (the only way to do .Net for the PDA  )

Where can I download the .NET CF and SDE (for VS.NET)? I heard it is no longer available, as MS is going to released it in VS.NET 2003.

However, my company need to start doing test development and we can't wait until VS.NET 2003 is out.

Can anyone help please?

You'd need to be a beta tester, and you're quite too late I believe. It'll be out in two months, not much of a wait.

You'd need to be a beta tester.

Or an MSDN universal subscriber...
